The AI Summary of My Meeting Made Me Look Bad to My Boss
It summarized the version of me that talked too much and decided nothing.
Our notes tool auto-summarized a call and sent the highlights up the chain. They made me sound scattered.
The model had weighted my talking over my listening, and skipped the decision I'd actually driven.
