Runway Animated My Logo and It Looked Expensive
A short generative motion gave the brand a premium feel for one asset.
I fed Runway a still logo and a short prompt for a slow rotate with light sweep. The result looked like a motion-design studio had touched it, for the price of a prompt.
The trap is credits: the auto-upscale to 4K ate tokens I didn't mean to spend. I now export at the size I need and upscale only the hero frame.
Keep the clip short. Longer generative motion forgets the subject and drifts.
Use it to make one asset feel premium. A patched gap beats a synthetic whole.
