I paid for Writesonic thinking a dedicated writing tool would crush the AI bolted into Notion. For raw generation quality on a blank page, it's close. For my actual workflow, Notion AI won without trying.
Every day I'm already in Notion: meeting notes, half-ideas, project docs. Asking Notion AI to 'turn these bullets into a paragraph' means zero copy-paste. Writesonic means pasting in, getting text, pasting back out. That round trip is death by a thousand switches.
