Claude vs Gamma: I Let Claude Write the Deck, Gamma Just Dressed It

Gamma gets credit for decks it didn't write. The real writing in my last pitch happened in Claude, and Gamma was the tailor.

I give Claude the outline and ask for 'three beats, one takeaway each, no fluff.' It returns honest structure. Then Gamma wraps it in a template I tweak. The tool didn't think; it formatted.

The danger is letting Gamma's words stand. It slips in 'leverage' and 'seamless' like clockwork, and investors have read those a thousand times. I replace every one with a specific number before it ships.

So the division is clear: Claude for the argument, Gamma for the layout, and me for the part where the numbers have to be real. Skip the middle and you get a pretty deck that says nothing.
