Then I missed what Synthesia did quietly: it needs no camera and ships in dozens of languages before lunch. Bing AI goes shallow the moment the topic gets niche, and that gap showed up daily, not once.
The real difference wasn't features on a page. It was which tool got out of my way. Synthesia did; Bing AI made me think about it more than I wanted.
I went back to Synthesia and kept Bing AI for the rare chatbots task where it's clearly better. Both earned a spot; only one earned the default. I'm not calling a fake winner. One of these earns its tab; the other gets a bookmark, not a subscription.
