Canva's Resize Tool Saved Me an Afternoon of Manual Cropping

One design, every platform size, in a click. The captions still need a human eye.

I used to export and recrop the same post for five platforms. Canva's resize ended that.

Design once at one size, then resize to the set. Most layouts survive; a few need a nudge.

Text sometimes overflows the smaller frames, so I check each before downloading.

I keep a brand kit with the exact colors and fonts so every resized version stays on-brand.

It is not magic, but it turns an hour of grunt work into five minutes of checking.
