Canva's Resize Button Saved Me From Making the Same Post Nine Times

One design, nine formats. The magic is in the 'resize' tab, not in redrawing. Here is the order I do it.

I used to export a post, then rebuild it for stories, then for the square, then for the reel cover, four times a night. Canva's resize feature ends that: design once, hit resize, pick the target, and it reflows the layout.

The order matters. Build the post at the largest size you'll use, usually the feed 4:5, then resize down. Resizing up from a tiny story often crops your text because there wasn't room to begin with. Start big, shrink smart.

After the auto-reflow, spend two minutes fixing what it mangled. Canva is decent at moving elements but it will stack your headline over your image sometimes. I check the three most important frames, nudge, done. The whole nine-format batch now takes the time the single post used to.

One gotcha: resize keeps your brand fonts only if they're in the brand kit. The first time I resized, it swapped to a default font and I didn't notice until a follower asked why my logo looked off. Lock the kit before you start the batch.
