Tome Turned a Client Proposal Into a Scroll They Finished
My proposals were PDFs nobody opened. A Tome scroll got read to the last line, and that changed the reply rate.
Clients skim PDFs and ghost. I rebuilt one proposal in Tome as a scroll with images and it got read to the end, I could tell because the questions referenced the last section.
Tome leans cinematic, so it suits a narrative proposal more than a spec sheet. For 'here's what we'll do and why,' the scroll held attention better than a slide grid.
The images are AI-generated and a little generic, so I swapped in two real screenshots. Specific beats pretty, and a proposal should show the work, not a stock sunset.
For a narrative pitch, Tome. For a dense technical bid, a normal deck. I matched the medium to the message and the reply rate moved, which is the only metric that counts.
