Editing a video by deleting the filler words

The tool didn't make me smarter. It made me finish, which is the harder problem.

Step two, give it one job, not five. The moment you pile on asks, the output splits its attention and you get a polite nothing. Descript helps here because it edits the transcript and the waveform moves with it, no razor tool needed.

Step three is the part that makes it yours: rewrite the first and last line by hand. Those two lines are where it stops sounding like everyone else.

Step one is the boring one people skip: get the input clean before the tool touches it. Garbage in is still garbage out, no matter how good the model is.

The catch is that it's only as good as the example you feed it. A weak example gives a weak result, and that's on you.

I'd have kept doing it the hard way if someone hadn't shown me this. Now I can't unsee it.
