I Deleted My AI Meeting Bot After a Month
I let a meeting bot sit in every call for a month. The notes were fine. The trust was not.

I let a meeting bot sit in every call for a month. The notes were fine. The trust was not.
Where it fell flat: The bot confidently summarized a meeting I was not actually in, and nobody noticed for a day. That is the failure mode nobody demos.
What I would tell a friend: I kept the transcription but turned off the auto-summaries. A searchable recording I control beats an autonomous summary I have to verify anyway.
It is in my toolkit now, next to the coffee.
