Making a 5-second loop that looks expensive

The tool didn't make me smarter. It made me finish, which is the harder problem.

The step I always forget is to set a limit. A timer on the task keeps the tool from becoming a thirty-minute rabbit hole. Runway helps here because it offers more models and more control than almost any rival.

Step one is the boring one people skip: get the input clean before the tool touches it. Garbage in is still garbage out, no matter how good the model is.

Step two, give it one job, not five. The moment you pile on asks, the output splits its attention and you get a polite nothing.

The mistake I made was accepting the first draft. The second one, after I tightened the brief, was the one I kept.

It didn't change my life. It removed a small tax I was paying daily, and those add up to a life.
