I Made a Real Logo From a Canva Template in Ten Minutes (and Fixed the Template Look)
Templates all look the same until you break two rules. Here they are.
I started from a Canva logo template and immediately it looked like everyone else's. So I broke it.
Rule one: change the font pair. The default combo is the tell. Rule two: drop one element.
I pulled my brand color from the kit so it matched the site instead of clashing.
I exported as SVG so it stays sharp, not the PNG that blurs on a business card.
It's not designer-grade, but for a side project it reads as intentional, which is the bar.
