I Let Notion AI Turn My Scattered Notes Into a Knowledge Base I'd Actually Use
The notes stopped being a graveyard and started answering questions.
My notes were a dump. Notion AI summarized each page into three bullets and linked the related ones.
I asked it questions instead of scrolling, and it pulled from pages I'd forgotten I wrote.
It rewrote in its own voice, which erased some phrasing I wanted, so I kept the originals beside it.
Big databases made it slow, so I split by project. Smaller scope, faster answers.
It's a librarian, not a writer. The judgment still has to be mine.
