I Picked Cursor Over Fireflies and Here Is the Messy Reason

I went in expecting to be sold to. So I put Cursor and Fireflies head to head for the same task instead of reading another listicle. Both do the job; they just argue about it differently.

The gap I did not expect: it can slip a bug past you that you have to catch yourself, while the summaries still want a human pass. Neither is broken, they are just built for different Tuesday afternoons.

If you live in writing and editing code already, Cursor is the path of least resistance. Everyone else should start with Fireflies and only switch when they hit its ceiling. I am keeping it, but I am not thrilled.
