Share a Fireflies note with the team without flooding their inbox

Fireflies sits in calls and produces a transcript plus a summary. The default is to dump everything on the channel, and that is how people learn to ignore it.

I set it to post only the AI summary to the team space, not the full transcript. The summary answers 'what do I need to know' in ten seconds.

For meetings with decisions, I add one line at the top: the owner and the due date. The model catches these, but a human-confirmed line prevents the usual 'I thought you had it.'

Full transcripts stay searchable for the few who need them. Pushing them to everyone just trains the team to mute the bot.
