Fireflies Joins My Calls So I Don't Have to Write the Notes

Fireflies sits in my meetings and posts a transcript after. I stopped taking notes by hand.

Its action-item list is the feature I use. Most are right; a few are vague and I tighten them.

I set it to summarize by owner, not by topic, because I assign work by person, not subject.

The search across past calls has saved me twice when someone said we decided this in March.

It is not a replacement for listening. It is a net so nothing falls through.
