Canva's Content Calendar Template Is Fine Until the Grid Breaks

I opened Canva's content calendar template and had a month of posts laid out in minutes. For a solo shop that's the whole workflow.

The snag: the template assumes every slot is filled, and my real cadence has gaps. Forcing posts into empty weeks made the plan look busier than it was.

I edited the grid to show 'no post' honestly, then used Magic Resize to push each asset to the right platform sizes.

Treat the template as a starting sketch, not a commitment. A calendar that lies about your output helps no one.
