I let an AI sort a week of client chaos

I had a deadline and no patience for a tool that needs babysitting.

I gave Perplexity and Fireflies the same messy week. One saved me time, one just made notes.

Fireflies wrote the meeting notes I'd have typed anyway. Perplexity found the vendor I'd forgotten to check.

Neither replaced thinking. They removed the typing so I could do the deciding.

The win was an extra hour, not a revolution. I'll take it.
