Faceless channels live or die on two outsourced jobs: someone to say the words and something to show while they're being said. I ran six weeks of uploads with ElevenLabs narrating and Pictory assembling, then flipped each job to the other tool to see what breaks.

ElevenLabs narration is the reason the channel's average view duration climbed. The voice doesn't do the robotic documentary thing anymore; it pauses like a person, stresses the right words, and in the niche I'm in, comments stopped mentioning the voice entirely — which is the goal.
