Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on BestAIUtility.com. It applies to subscription plans (Featured Monthly and Featured Yearly) and one-time purchases (Standard Listing and Lifetime Premium). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly)

Featured Monthly ($99/month) and Featured Yearly ($799/year) are recurring subscription plans. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that the promotional service has not been substantially used.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. A refund for a past billing period is generally not available once the 7-day window has passed.

3. One-Time Purchases (Standard Listing, Lifetime Premium)

Standard Listing ($19.90) and Lifetime Premium ($1,800) are one-time payments. One-time purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the promotional service has not been substantially used.

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the BestAIUtility.com platform and is defined in the Terms of Service. A Lifetime Premium purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. A Standard Listing is also a single, non-recurring payment.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. To request a refund, follow the process in Sections 2–3.

5. Completed Promotional Services

If a promotional service (such as a Featured Listing) has already been substantially delivered or fulfilled, it may not be eligible for a refund, even within the 7-day window.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact us. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and refunded when confirmed.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

8. Final Decision

All refunds are subject to verification. The final refund amount and eligibility are determined by the actual payment and transaction records held by our payment processor. We may request additional information to confirm a request.
