1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BestAIUtility.com (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Service

BestAIUtility.com is an AI tools discovery and directory platform. We provide curated listings of AI tools, comparison pages, guides, articles, and related resources to help users find, evaluate, and learn how to use AI software for work, creativity, productivity, and research.

The Site may also offer optional paid services, including premium toolkits and promotional placement for tool creators (see Sections 5 and 6). We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time, without prior notice.

3. AI Tool Listings and Featured Listings

An AI Tool Listing is a directory entry that describes a third-party AI product or service, including its name, description, category, links, and other metadata submitted by the tool’s owner or by us.

A Featured Listing is a paid promotional placement that gives a listed tool enhanced visibility — for example, priority positioning on category or homepage sections, badges, or curated spotlights. Featured placement is promotional only and does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of any specific result, ranking, or amount of traffic.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require an account or the submission of information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Paid Services

We offer paid services including recurring subscription plans (such as monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and one-time promotional packages. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (see the Privacy Policy). Prices, features, and availability are shown on the pricing page and may change.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund (see the Refund Policy).

6. Definition of "Lifetime"

For the one-time Lifetime purchase: "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the BestAIUtility.com platform and does not guarantee permanent homepage placement, search ranking, or uninterrupted visibility.

A Lifetime purchase grants access to the included benefits for as long as the platform operates. It is not a guarantee that the Site, any specific feature, or any particular placement will exist indefinitely, nor that a purchased listing will remain in a fixed position. If the platform is discontinued, no refund is owed beyond what the Refund Policy allows.

7. Prohibited Submissions

When submitting a tool, content, or other material, you agree not to submit anything that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity;
• contains or distributes malware, viruses, spyware, or other malicious software;
• infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• is deceptive, impersonates another brand or person, or misrepresents the tool’s function;
• is otherwise harmful, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All original content on BestAIUtility.com — including text, design, branding, code, and compilations — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tool listings and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

By submitting a tool or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and promote that submission on the Site and in related marketing.

9. Right to Reject or Remove Tools

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, reject, edit, demote, or remove any listing, submission, or account that violates these Terms, contains prohibited content, is inaccurate, or that we otherwise determine is inappropriate for the Site. This includes removing listings that are illegal, malicious, or misleading.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current, that third-party tools will meet your needs, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the performance, safety, pricing, or practices of any third-party AI tool listed on the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestAIUtility.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
