Fireflies Now Dumps My Meeting Notes Into Notion So I Never Copy Again

The notes write themselves and land where the team already lives.

I connected Fireflies to Notion and set every call's notes to land in our meetings database.

Action items used to die in a transcript nobody reopened. Now they're a Notion task someone owns.

I set a filter so one-on-ones don't flood the shared space. Privacy matters more than convenience.

The transcript mishears names, so I skim the first line before trusting the assignee.

Setup took ten minutes. The copy-paste tax it removed is permanent.

A research paper I'd been avoiding became a 25-minute walk. The workflow is dumb, and that's why it worked.

Not zero-inbox. A loop that decides what is real so I only touch email twice a day.
