Mocking up a product box when you can't draw

I almost didn't write this down, then I did it again a week later and forgot half of it.

Step two, give it one job, not five. The moment you pile on asks, the output splits its attention and you get a polite nothing. Midjourney helps here because it puts out work that looks considered, not stocky.

Step one is the boring one people skip: get the input clean before the tool touches it. Garbage in is still garbage out, no matter how good the model is.

Check the output against one real example before you trust it. One check beats a hundred promises.

The mistake I made was accepting the first draft. The second one, after I tightened the brief, was the one I kept.

I use it now without thinking, which is the highest praise I give a tool.
