Frequently Asked Questions

BestAIUtility.com is an AI tools discovery directory with a public pay-to-rank leaderboard. There are no ads, no votes, and no revenue share — rank is simply what you pay. You list an AI tool, pay a rank amount, and sit above everyone who paid less.

Paste your tool's URL, pick a category, and pay. A completed payment claims the rank. Each board has 50 ranks: #1 starts at $1,500 and prices decay to a $5 floor by rank 50. Taking an occupied rank costs at least $5 more than the current holder.

The top 10 ranks are hand-priced from $1,500 (#1) down to $100 (#10). Ranks 11–50 decay toward a $5 minimum. Taking a rank someone already holds costs at least $5 above their price.

Pay at least $5 more than whoever currently holds #1 on that board. Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed, at whatever position that amount then supports.

One payment ranks you on both the global All board and the board for the category you chose. Each category keeps its own independent Top 50; the All board aggregates every category.

Yes. Enter the same URL again and raise your amount. Checkout only charges the difference above your current rank, and no one else can take your rank by paying exactly that difference.

No. All payments are final and not refundable. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than you hoped for, or a later removal for breaking the rules does not create a refund.

An AI tool website you own or are authorized to represent. Chat and invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and similar), sexual/NSFW content, and adult platforms are not allowed. Query parameters are stripped, and link shorteners are replaced by the URL they redirect to.

Every listing sits in one of 16 categories (Agents, Marketing, SEO, Crypto, Security, Business, Hiring, Developer, Health, Social, Education, Domains, Agencies, Design, Writing, and more). You choose a category at checkout, and each category board has its own Top 50.

We accept credit & debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Dodo Payments) as well as crypto — USDT-TRC20 and 300+ coins (via NOWPayments). You choose a whole-dollar amount and accept the terms; rank is claimed when payment is confirmed. Card and billing details are handled by Dodo Payments, and crypto payments by NOWPayments — never by us.

No. Ranks on the All board and on each category board are all-time and do not expire. They only move when someone pays more to outrank you.

Rank is assigned when your payment is confirmed, at whatever position that amount then supports. If someone else paid more while you were in checkout, you still land on the board — just not necessarily at the rank you aimed for.

Most directories rank by votes, editorial picks, or SEO. Here rank is only what you pay. The board is public, your placement stays visible, and one payment counts across the All board and your chosen category board.
