Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on BestAIUtility.com to claim or raise a rank on the public leaderboard (the "pay-to-rank" service), per category. By completing a payment you agree to the terms below and to our Terms of Service.

2. All Payments Are Final

All payments for ranking placement are final and not refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: your listing is created or your rank is raised, and the paid amount is counted on the public leaderboard.

• Being outranked later by another buyer does not create a refund.
• Fewer clicks, visitors, or sales than you hoped for does not create a refund.
• A category you later dislike, downtime, or a change to ranking rules does not create a refund.
• A later removal of your listing for breach of our Terms does not create a refund.

3. No Cooling-Off Period

By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent that applicable law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor that right.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversing a payment without a legally required basis is a breach of our Terms. We may remove the affected listing and refuse future use of the Service. Where a payment is reversed, any rank or placement purchased with it is also removed.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact us. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and refunded when confirmed.

6. Final Decision

All refund questions are subject to verification. The final decision is based on the actual payment and transaction records held by our payment processors (Dodo Payments for cards, NOWPayments for crypto). We may request additional information to confirm a request.
